 Sign up now to enjoy our new and improved Summer Programs.  Both Brookfield School locations (Main Campus and Pre-school) will be offering a full range of activities for children 2.8 thru 15 years of age this summer. We will be offering a Vacation Camp from June 16 –June 20^thand our weekly Summer Programs will run from June 23^rd through August 15^th.

 Enroll your student today as summer programs are proven to keep students learning all year long!  Studies show that without use of the skills learned in the previous school year children can lose up to 30% of the math concepts and skills that they need for the upcoming school year.

 Our summer class ratios will be small and the staff will be made up of Brookfield’s certified professionals. We will offer a New Writer’s Workshop taught by “The Center for Advanced Learning.”  The workshop will be limited to eight students per group.  There will be two groups:  one for entering 3^rd – 5^th graders and one for entering 6^th-8^th graders.  These workshops  will be offered Monday through Friday during the first two weeks of the Summer Programs. Please let your student’s teacher know if you are interested in your student being selected.

  We will have exciting activities on both campuses Monday through Friday!  The “Afternoon Excitement Program” and “Friday Fun” will be a merge of the programs that we have offered in the past.  These programs will rotate through a variety of fun activities that will include: art, music, performing arts, sports, field trips, outdoor activities and recreational events and surprises! The students will be separated into small groups based on the students’ ages and interests.

Summer Academic Programs

Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

        PRE-SCHOOL POWER – Available to children ages 2.8 - 6 years.  Pre-school Power continues the current TLC campus experience by focusing on Phonics, Math, Science, Art, Dramatic Play, Music and Movement. All children must be potty trained.

       PRE-1ST PREP – Available to students entering Kindergarten/Pre-First. Pre-1st Prep at our Main Campus incorporates Phonics, Math, Art, Music and Movement. This program is educational and helpful to familiarize the student with elementary school before the traditional school year.  

        JUMP START - Available to students entering grades 1 – 3. Jump Start reinforces the basic concepts in Reading, Writing, Math, and Science in a creative and hands-on environment. All subjects will be taught daily.

        LEAP AHEAD – Available to students entering grades 4 – 8. Leap Ahead curriculum includes daily Math, Literature, Creative Writing, Internet and Computers. Students will be grouped by age and proficiency. These classes will challenge students to apply knowledge to real world situations as well as provide reinforcement of educational concepts.

There will be a total of eight weeks of academic programs available. Since each week offers new material, enrollment is available for one week, multiple weeks or for the full program.  The weeks do not have to be consecutive, although it is recommended to sign up for two week consecutive segment time blocks in order to accomplish maximum learning.  Multiple week discounts available!

Summer Afternoon Excitement and Friday Fun

Monday – Thursday 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

      PRE-SCHOOL PERFORMING ARTS – This is an afternoon camp that is available to all pre-school and elementary age children. It will be run separately at both campuses.  It is a merge of art, music, and performing arts and activities will be revised based on the ages of children that enroll! For the Preschool aged child Friday afternoons at TLC are also included in this program.

      AFTERNOON EXCITEMENT – This is an afternoon camp that is available to students age 6 -12. It is a merge of many components in order to have something for everyone!  Say hello to art, music, performing arts, sports, outdoor activities and recreational events and some more surprises! The students will be separated into small groups based on the students ages and interests. Friday Fun is also included in this program. 

      FRIDAY FUN - This program is offered in conjunction with our other afternoon programs M-TH 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. or as a stand alone program. It meets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays. This program includes a variety of recreational events, sports, specialty classes, outdoor activities and arts and crafts.  There will be planned excursions for the elementary age child and on campus activities for the pre-school child.

M – F   9 a.m. to 12 p.m. = $160 /week

M – F   9 a.m. to 3 p.m. = $210 /week

Part Time 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. = $50 /day x number of days attending each week

Part Time 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. = $60 /day x number of days attending 

7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (includes all extended care) = $232 a week

7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (includes all extended care) = $212 x 4 weeks = $848 (4+ week discount)

Full Time student for entire summer program = $200 week x 8 weeks = $1600 (8+ weeks discount)

M – TH 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. = $145 per week 

AFTERNOON EXCITEMENT with FRIDAY FUN

Add on Afternoon Excitement (M-TH 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.) and Friday Fun to your student’s morning academic program and pay just $210 per week.   Friday Fun = $40 per day

9 a.m to 3 p.m. = $210 a week

7:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m. = $232 a week

7:30 a.m.to 5:30 p.m. with 4+ week discount = $212 a week x 4 = $848

7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. $200 a week x 8 = $1600 (8+ week discount)

Notes: Junior Camp Counselors (6^th – 8^th) can help young children at TLC or Main Campus and join in on afternoon fun and excursions.  Please call us to discuss availability.  Parents must provide transportation to events and field trips for any child still required to use a car seat. Most events will be planned on Fridays. Availability of all offerings is subject to participation and some events may require additional funds to pay for the cost of special events.

Extended Care Availability

Vacation Camp (June 16^th – June 20^th) and extended care is available when summer academic and fun programs are not running. There will also be a break time between morning and afternoon program for lunch and play.  Both Campuses will be closed the last two weeks of August!
