2 cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted

1 pound milk chocolate, melted

4 cups mini-marshmallows

 

Combine crumbs, sugar, salt and butter.  Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping.  Press remaining mixture into the bottom of 13 by 9 by 2 baking dish.  Bake crust for 12 minutes at 350 F, or until golden.  Spread melted chocolate on crust, sprinkle with marshmallows, pressing down lightly and cover with reserved crumb mixture.  Broil dessert until marshmallows are golden.  Cool and cut into squares.  Adapted from Gourmet, July 1990.
