Hi! My name is Rose Ferrall.  I've been a part of the Brookfield team for 22 years.  I chose
Brookfield School because I believe in their philosophy and respect for each child.  Prior to coming to Brookfield School, I worked as a teacher's aide at Garfield Elementary School in the Bay Area.  I was a girl scout leader, campfire girl leader as well as various positions in the PTA including Vice President.
As a Pre-K teacher, my goal is to make learning fun! Teachers need to be happy, fun and somewhat animated.  Children also need to feel comfortable and safe in their environment.  Building self esteem has always been a major part of my teaching, someday these children will grow up to be leaders in our communities.  I also feel that as a teacher it's important to always model good behavior. I have a fantastic husband Steve, of 34 years, two wonderful daughters; Melinda and Naomi both have graduated from the University of Nevada Reno. I also have two beautiful grandchildren, Dylan 3 and Avery 1. We also have two precious dogs, Ozzie and Shug.
My interest are exercising, gardening, camping, vacationing to Canada and spending quality time with good friends and family.

Hi my name is Tanya Bongiovanni. I was born and raised in Reno, NV. I moved to Atlanta, GA with my mother and my little brother when I was 16 years old. I have recently moved back to Reno to be with my family. While in GA, I attended Brenau University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2008. I also have my teaching license. I have taught Pre-Kindergarten, for the state of GA, for the past five years. This is my first year at Brookfield. I am exited to be apart of their Junior Kindergarten Program. It has been my dream to teach and make the learning process fun and exciting for all my students.

Hi, I'm Arlene Lillegard. It's a joy to return to Brookfield's The Little Campus (TLC) again this year. I'm enjoying my larger room #2 of Junior Kindergarten. My total teaching experience is 20 years at private schools. This includes 9 years in kindergarten, 4 of which were at Brookfield's main campus. The other years were multi-grade schools or classrooms. Last year I moved to (TLC) and taught Pre-K. My first teaching job was a class of four year olds at a private school in California. I had a CA teaching license then. Here I am teaching 4 year old students again! I thrill in the wonder and excitement children have while learning.

I earned a BA in Education in Southern Cal where I was born and raised. After our 3 daughters were born there, Gary and I followed my parents to Reno. Then I became licensed in Nevada. Now, two of our daughters have daughters going to TLC. Our third daughter lives in Reno also and is a wonderful aunt. Being a grandma has returned my focus to younger children. I delight in my studnets discoveries, learning, and friendship.
