This month is Kindness Month, and our PAWs (Social Emotional Learning) teacher, Mrs. M, is bringing us the Kindness Challenge! Each class is spreading kindness across our campus by helping others, keeping our campus clean, being kind friends, and doing thoughtful acts for those around them. Our teachers and staff are recognizing these moments by awarding students “Caught Being Kind” clips. Each class is working toward a goal of collecting 100 clips by the end of March to earn a special prize! Let’s keep the kindness going, Brookfield! 💙

Career Day at Brookfield was such a success! 🎉 From dog trainers showing how pups learn life-changing skills, to pediatricians caring for little ones, to firefighters and officers keeping our community safe—it was an inspiring day full of big dreams and even bigger impact. Our students had the chance to ask questions, see real-life demonstrations, and imagine all the possibilities for their own futures. Huge thank you to everyone who took the time to pour into these kids—you made a lasting impression!

The PBS Reno Writers Contest is a local contest designed to promote the advancement of children’s literacy skills through hands-on, active learning. It’s such a joy to watch their creativity shine and see their confidence grow as emerging story tellers!
