Please note that only new students enrolling for the 2025–2026 school year are eligible for this scholarship. Current students will be invited by the school to apply if they are eligible for next school year. All applicants must reapply each year.

scholarship Details

Eligible new students may qualify for up to 50% off tuition, bringing monthly tuition to as low as $875–$925, depending on student assessment scores, placement, and the family’s financial need.

Families may register to attend one of our “Explore and Assess” Days on November 11th (Veterans Day) or January 19th (Martin Luther King Day) by completing the registration form below.

Eligibility

The scholarship is open to students entering Kindergarten (Pre-First) through 8th Grade. 

Eligible students are demonstrate:

  • A strong internal drive to learn and succeed
  • Consistent academic performance and mastery of material
  • A preference for clear structure and positive reinforcement
  • A genuine eagerness to meet high expectations
  • Traits such as focus, diligence, curiosity, and creativity
  • Occasional challenges with perfectionism or anxiety — balanced by a love for learning and discovery

At Brookfield, we understand these students need both challenge and encouragement. Our teachers provide the structured, engaging environment where they can thrive academically and emotionally.

Application Process

To apply for the Brookfield Academic Excellence Scholarship, attend one of our "Explore and Assess Days" scheduled for November 11 (Veterans Day) and January 19 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), when Washoe County schools are closed. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes around 11:00 a.m. Please ensure your child attends the full session. 

During the visit, families will tour the campus and meet the teachers. Your child will participate in an assessment to determine scholarship eligibility.
